Visible

For operations and quality leads. Where your current number comes from, what it misses, and what a read of everything would change.

MAKING QUALITY VISIBLEYOUR NUMBER · THE SAMPLE · FOUR CHANNELSSCROLL

[01 / THE NUMBER]

The score in the monthly review was not built from the month.

Most operations review a sample and report it as if it were the whole. The workshop starts by tracing that number back: who picked the calls, how many were in the denominator, and what the other channels contributed.

WHAT WE MAP TOGETHER

  • How many interactions land each month, by channel.
  • How many get reviewed, and who chooses them.
  • How long between the conversation and the score.
  • What the agent sees when the result arrives.
  • What an auditor would need to verify the number.

WHAT CHANGES WHEN IT IS VISIBLE

  • Voice, chat, email and social in one pipeline, not four reports.
  • Every interaction scored, not a sample described as coverage.
  • The score carries the rule and the passage it read.
  • Calibration becomes a number you watch, not only a meeting.
  • COPC-aligned templates are there if you want a starting point.

We run this with the people who own the number and the people who live inside it. In person or remote · length agreed on the call.

[02 / OUTPUT]

A picture of the gap, not a slide about AI.

The workshop ends with a written map of your current measurement: channels covered, sample size against volume, and the three places a full read would change a decision you already make.

01 · COVERAGE

What is actually being read.

A simple ratio: interactions recorded against interactions scored, split by channel. Most teams have never seen it on one page.

02 · LATENCY

How late the feedback arrives.

From conversation to score to agent. The workshop names where the delay lives, because coaching on last month's calls is a different job from coaching on yesterday's.

03 · EVIDENCE

Whether the score can be checked.

If a point cannot point at the words that earned it, it is an opinion. We show what a score with a passage attached looks like, using your scorecard structure rather than ours.

Bring your current QA report and one scorecard. We will tell you on the call whether this workshop fits, or whether a working session would serve you better.
