No analytics. No tracking. Almost nothing to police.

This policy is written to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Greek Law 4624/2019 on the protection of personal data. The honest summary is short: this site does not watch you. No analytics script, no advertising pixel, no fingerprinting.

WHAT THE SITE KEEPS

One on/off flag for SOUND, held in your browser's session storage. It dies with the tab and is never transmitted anywhere.
Nothing else. No identifiers, no profiles, no third-party requests from these pages.
Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security and operations, as every host does.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU REACH OUT

If you write to us we receive your address and your message. We use them to answer you, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your data, and there is no automated profiling.
If you use the contact form on this site, we receive your name, email, optional company, and message via our email provider (SendGrid) solely to answer you. We do not sell, rent or share that data, and there is no automated profiling.
The newsletter form opens your own mail app · we hold your address only if you send the mail, and every note tells you how to stop them.

Your rights under the GDPR: access what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, take it with you, or object to its use. One mail to corporate@fq-central.com does any of these, answered within 30 days. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority. Governing law is Greek law; nothing in it limits your GDPR rights. One honest line from the first version of this policy still holds: we are a studio, not a certification wall · we hold no ISO or SOC certificates yet, and we protect data with measures appropriate to our size, improving as we grow.

This site sets no tracking cookies.

Under the ePrivacy Directive only non-essential cookies need your permission. We set none of those: no analytics, no marketing pixels, no third-party trackers. A first-visit bar asks you to accept or keep to what is necessary, so we do not pretend the choice does not exist.

Everything on this site · the software, the films, the music, the type compositions, the code · is owned by FQ Central and protected by the copyright, trademark and intellectual-property laws of Greece, the European Union and international treaties. Figures on this site are worked examples; a signed proposal, not a web page, is what binds either of us.

Use of the REVEAL platform is governed by its own business terms, agreed when an account is opened · fees, service levels, data processing and liability live there, written for a business-to-business relationship. For anything about these site terms, write to corporate@fq-central.com. If you want to reuse something from this site, ask; the answer is usually yes.

The paintings in the particles are public domain, and credited.

Some pages draw with grains sampled from paintings: Michelangelo's Creation of Adam on the front page, Hokusai's Great Wave off Kanagawa on the studio page. The painters died centuries ago and their work belongs to everyone. Source scans come from open-access collections, and we record the provenance of every asset we sample. The paintings themselves are never shown, only read, the way you would hum a song you love.
