FQ Central ("FQ", "we") is an AI solutions company, established in 2025 under the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Its registered office is in Athens, Greece. The team works from Athens · Zürich. Responsible for this site and its content: Andi Lani.

The REVEAL console at app.fq-central.com is a separate product with its own agreement · accounts, fees and service terms live there. Nothing you do on this site creates an account.

No analytics. No tracking. Almost nothing to police.

This policy is written to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Greek Law 4624/2019 on the protection of personal data. The honest summary is short: this site does not watch you. No analytics script, no advertising pixel, no fingerprinting.

WHAT THE SITE KEEPS A few flags in your browser's own storage, listed in the cookies chapter below: your answer to the first-visit notice, the SOUND choice, the sky you picked on Labs, and, only after you send a plan-calculator result to us, your name, company, email and that result, so the contact form is already filled for the rest of your visit. None of it is transmitted by itself, and the session entries die with the tab. Nothing else. No identifiers, no profiles, no third-party requests from these pages.

  • Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security and operations, as every host does.

    • WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU REACH OUT

    • If you write to us we receive your address and your message. We use them to answer you, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your data, and there is no automated profiling.
    • If you write to us through the contact form, the message is delivered to us by email through the site's hosting provider and kept only for the purpose of replying.
    • The newsletter form opens your own mail app · we hold your address only if you send the mail, and every note tells you how to stop them.

    Your rights under the GDPR: see what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, take it with you, or object to its use. One mail to corporate@fq-central.com does any of these. We answer within 30 days. If you think we have handled your data badly, complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or to your own supervisory authority. Governing law is Greek law; nothing in it limits your GDPR rights. One line from the first version of this policy still holds: We hold no ISO or SOC certificates yet. We protect data with measures suited to our size, and we improve them as we grow.

    This site sets no cookies. None.

    There is a small notice on your first visit, not a cookie banner: it tells you there are no tracking cookies and that SOUND, if you turn it on, stays in your tab. We keep your answer so the notice does not come back; the footer's "Cookie settings" opens it again. Under the ePrivacy Directive only non-essential cookies need your permission · we set neither the non-essential kind nor the essential kind. No first-party cookies, no third-party cookies, no analytics, no marketing pixels.

    THE WHOLE INVENTORY localStorage · one entry, your answer to the notice, so it is not shown again. sessionStorage · the SOUND on/off flag; on the Labs page, the sky you picked; and, only if you send a result from the plan calculator, your name, company, email and that result, kept so the contact form on Let's talk is already filled in. All of it lives in your browser, is never sent anywhere by itself, and is gone when the tab closes. That is the complete list. You can verify it in your browser's developer tools.

    IF THIS EVER CHANGES

    • If we ever add analytics, or anything that reads or stores identifiers, this chapter changes first. A consent banner appears before anything is set.
    • Non-essential cookies would only ever run on your explicit consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a), withdrawable at any time.

    The site is information, not a contract.

    Everything on this site · the software, the films, the music, the type compositions, the code · is owned by FQ Central. It is protected by the copyright, trademark and intellectual-property laws of Greece, the European Union and international treaties. Figures on this site are worked examples; a signed proposal, not a web page, is what binds either of us.

    Use of the REVEAL platform is governed by its own business terms, agreed when an account is opened. Fees, service levels, data processing and liability live there, written for one business dealing with another. For anything about these site terms, write to corporate@fq-central.com. If you want to reuse something from this site, ask; the answer is usually yes.

    The paintings in the particles are public domain, and credited.

    Some pages draw with grains sampled from paintings: Michelangelo's Creation of Adam on the front page, Hokusai's Great Wave off Kanagawa on the About page. The painters died centuries ago and their work belongs to everyone. Source scans come from open-access collections, and we record the provenance of every asset we sample. The paintings themselves are never shown, only read, the way you would hum a song you love.

    The three-dimensional scenes are built on open work, and credited here as their licences ask. The turning city on the About page is the "Red City" model by jemepousse on Sketchfab, CC BY 4.0, shown inside a scene from Poimandres' examples (MIT). The ball pit that closes About and the prism behind the Transformation title are ported from Poimandres' examples (MIT, © 2024 Poimandres); the prism's rainbow shader follows Alan Zucconi and Julia Poo as written by shuding, and its flares are hackcraft.de's CC0 set from OpenGameArt. The water that closes Transformation is saharan's, MIT. The Labs opening dives from a square of water into the "Room" by Anex on Sketchfab, CC BY 4.0, lit with soft shadows from the drei project (MIT); its water and sky are three.js example objects. The people working in those rooms are from the Microsoft Rocketbox avatar library, MIT License, Copyright © 2020 Microsoft Corporation, with the library's own animation clips. Three.js, Lenis and GSAP carry their own open licences. The typefaces are Inter and JetBrains Mono under the SIL Open Font License.

    Built to be read, heard and steered by everyone.

    We aim for this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA. Every page has a skip link, every control has a name, the whole site can be steered with a keyboard, focus is always visible, and the pages respect a reduced-motion setting by leaving out the animated scenes and playing nothing that moves on its own.

    WHAT IS THERE, AND WHAT IS NOT The three-dimensional scenes are decoration: they are hidden from screen readers and every word they sit under is in the page as text. The narrated films carry their captions in the picture; a written transcript of any film is yours on request. Dragging to look around a scene is optional; the scroll and the keyboard reach everything. Colour never carries a meaning on its own. We check the pages with automated tools and by hand at every change; this is our own assessment, not a certified audit.
