[FQ_00 / THE STUDIO]

Good work shows up when
the tools get out of the way.

FQ Central builds the instruments that do that. The platform, the films, the scores, the models · all of it ours, all of it running here before anyone is asked to buy it.

THE STUDIOTHE PEOPLETHE WORKSCROLL

[01 / WHY WE EXIST]

We started FQ because the evidence never matched the confidence.

Every operation we worked in ran on a sample. A few conversations per person per month, scored by hand, turned into the number the business steered by. Everyone knew the number was thin. Nobody had a better one.

Reading all of it is now possible. That one change moves quality from something people argue about in a meeting to something you can put on a screen and point at.

So we build the instruments. Software that reads every interaction and shows its working. Films that explain the thinking without a deck. Scores, models and tools we run on our own hardware first.

WE SHOW THE WORK

Every score carries the rule it applied and the passage it read. If you can't check it, we haven't finished it.

PEOPLE DECIDE

REVEAL reads at a scale no team can reach. It doesn't choose. It puts the evidence in front of the person who does.

WE BUILD WHAT WE SHIP

If we can't run it ourselves, on our own machines, we don't sell it to anyone else.

[02 / OUR UNIVERSE]

Four things we make.

One studio, four kinds of output. They feed each other · the films explain the platform, the platform trains the models, the models write into the films.

THE PLATFORM

REVEAL

Eight modules, three layers, one audit chain. Every interaction read, scored against your own rules, and signed so the result holds up later.

THE FILMS

Drawn in dots and lines

Every explainer we ship is rendered from code, not edited in a timeline. Change the argument, re-render the film. Same language as this page.

THE SCORES

Music written for the work

Our own beds, one per act, composed on our own machines. The site you are on plays three of them.

THE MODELS

Local AI, on our hardware

Reasoning, transcription, speech and vision models running in our own building · and in yours, if that is what your data needs. REVEAL Local, from 100 seats · priced on your numbers.

[03 / THE TEAM]

The people behind it.

Small on purpose. Everyone here builds, and everyone here talks to the people who use what we build.

Chief Emotional Officers · Solution Design

Lolita · textbook avoidant-secure: she will sit on your keyboard during a live demo, then ignore you for three hours to prove the attachment was optional. Diagnoses group anxiety by staring until someone confesses the real deadline.

Thor · high-agency chaos theorist. Believes every cardboard box is a temporary ego structure and that your standup would improve if you all lay down. Specialises in interrupting spirals, usually by sitting in them.
