WE SHOW THE WORK
Every score carries the rule it applied and the passage it read. If you can't check it, we haven't finished it.
[FQ_00 / THE STUDIO]
FQ Central builds the instruments that do that. The platform, the films, the scores, the models · all of it ours, all of it running here before anyone is asked to buy it.
[01 / WHY WE EXIST]
Every operation we worked in ran on a sample. A few conversations per person per month, scored by hand, turned into the number the business steered by. Everyone knew the number was thin. Nobody had a better one.
Reading all of it is now possible. That one change moves quality from something people argue about in a meeting to something you can put on a screen and point at.
So we build the instruments. Software that reads every interaction and shows its working. Films that explain the thinking without a deck. Scores, models and tools we run on our own hardware first.
WE SHOW THE WORK
Every score carries the rule it applied and the passage it read. If you can't check it, we haven't finished it.
PEOPLE DECIDE
REVEAL reads at a scale no team can reach. It doesn't choose. It puts the evidence in front of the person who does.
WE BUILD WHAT WE SHIP
If we can't run it ourselves, on our own machines, we don't sell it to anyone else.
[02 / OUR UNIVERSE]
One studio, four kinds of output. They feed each other · the films explain the platform, the platform trains the models, the models write into the films.
THE PLATFORM
Eight modules, three layers, one audit chain. Every interaction read, scored against your own rules, and signed so the result holds up later.
Open the deep dive →THE FILMS
Every explainer we ship is rendered from code, not edited in a timeline. Change the argument, re-render the film. Same language as this page.
THE SCORES
Our own beds, one per act, composed on our own machines. The site you are on plays three of them.
THE MODELS
Reasoning, transcription, speech and vision models running in our own building · and in yours, if that is what your data needs. REVEAL Local, from 100 seats · priced on your numbers.
[03 / THE TEAM]
Small on purpose. Everyone here builds, and everyone here talks to the people who use what we build.

06
Chief Emotional Officers · Solution Design
Lolita · textbook avoidant-secure: she will sit on your keyboard during a live demo, then ignore you for three hours to prove the attachment was optional. Diagnoses group anxiety by staring until someone confesses the real deadline.
Thor · high-agency chaos theorist. Believes every cardboard box is a temporary ego structure and that your standup would improve if you all lay down. Specialises in interrupting spirals, usually by sitting in them.
[04 / WORK AND EXPERIENCES]
Strategy · Creative · Tech · Operations / Production
Practice 01
Strategy · Solution Design · Operations Performance
Where the operation is losing money and what to change first.
The work before the build. What to measure, what to change, and in what order it should happen.
The numbers a service operation is actually run on, rebuilt so they hold up: what a contact costs, what the plan assumed, and where the two stopped agreeing.
Practice 02
Films & Story · UI / UX
Everything you are looking at we made ourselves — the films, the music, the type in motion. If we cannot build it here, we do not put it in front of you.
The interfaces people actually run the work in.
Practice 03
AI Architecture / LLM · Local AI · Responsible AI
Model selection, retrieval, evaluation, and the pipelines that keep them honest.
Transcription, reasoning, speech, vision — running inside the client's own infrastructure.
Where the line sits, written down before the build rather than after the incident. What the models do, checked against what we claim they do.
Practice 04
Quality Intelligence · Production delivery
Scorecards, root cause, contact drivers, coaching signals — quality made visible so a person can decide.
Getting the work into the room it was made for — platform modules, workshops, and outputs that carry the rule they applied.
[05 / PROOF]
Every number on this page is one we can show you the working for. Ask, and we will open the chain.
[06 / ARTICLES]
Papers when the argument needs evidence, a book when it needed a year, and short notes from the work in between.
[07 / TALKS]
We run these with the team that will have to live with the result, on their own data where we can. In person or remote · length and format agreed on the call.
WORKSHOP
For operations and quality leads. Where your current number comes from, what it misses, and what a read of everything would change.

WORKING SESSION
With your team, on your own interactions. We build the scorecard together and run it live.

TECHNICAL
For engineering and security teams. What runs on your hardware, what it costs, and what leaves the building · which is nothing.
